Invitation and first sign-in

Use this workflow only after your organization sends an invitation to your approved email address.
Pilot availability: Public signup is disabled. An invitation does not authorize real-data use by itself; wait for the release owner to confirm that the pilot is open.

Before you begin

  • Open the invitation on a device where you can access your email and authenticator app.
  • Confirm that the page names the expected organization, email, role, and optional team.
  • Have your current Strikepoint password ready if the invited email already has an account.
  • New users need a password with at least 12 characters, including uppercase, lowercase, number, and special character.

Claim the invitation

1

Open the single-use link

Confirm the organization and invited email before entering account details. If the page says Invitation unavailable, the link is invalid, expired, revoked, or already accepted.
2

Enter your identity details

Enter your first name, last name, and a username containing letters, numbers, underscores, periods, or hyphens.
3

Enter the correct password

If the invited email already belongs to a Strikepoint account, enter that account’s current password. If it is new, create and confirm a password that meets the requirements above.
4

Join the workspace

Select Join workspace once. A successful existing account continues to the dashboard. A new account may be sent to Check your email before sign-in.
5

Verify a new email when prompted

Open the verification message for the invited email, complete verification, then return to the Strikepoint login page. Do not start a separate public signup.
6

Complete MFA enrollment or challenge

If Strikepoint sends you to Account Settings with an MFA warning, enroll before opening other protected pages. On later sign-ins, enter either a 6-digit authenticator code or one saved recovery code.

MFA and recovery codes

  • Enrollment displays recovery codes once. Save them in your approved password manager, not in a Strikepoint engagement, report, attachment, or support ticket.
  • A recovery code can be used only once. If you enter both an authenticator code and a recovery code, Strikepoint uses the recovery code.
  • You can cancel a pending MFA challenge and return to login.
  • In Account Settings, your current password is required to regenerate recovery codes or disable two-factor authentication.

Fix common problems

First dashboard check

After sign-in:
  1. Open Account and confirm MFA and recovery-code readiness.
  2. Open Engagements and Reports to verify that you see only your assigned work.
  3. Read Feature availability before entering real data.
  4. If your role or customer visibility is wrong, stop and contact your manager before continuing.
