Pilot feature availability
Use this page as the current feature map for invited pilot users and dashboard managers.Release boundary: A feature marked Pilot is implemented for the reviewed candidate, but
real production use begins only after the release owner records GO. Public signup, paid checkout,
and new attachment uploads remain disabled.
How to interpret permissions
- A visible page does not guarantee that every action on it is available.
- Engagement and portal data remain scoped to your organization and assignments.
- Manager-only actions are labeled in their feature guide.
- If expected access is missing, stop before entering data and ask your Organization Manager or Owner to confirm your role and assignment.
Pilot-wide data rules
- Use real assessment data and approved sensitive credentials only after the recorded GO decision.
- Do not upload new scoping artifacts or finding evidence during the pilot. Existing authorized attachments can still be viewed or managed according to permissions.
- Do not use catalog entries as proof that an external service is connected.
- Do not attempt public signup or paid checkout.
- Keep customer-visible content in draft until an authorized reviewer approves publication.
