Use Reports when you need to create a draft, review report status across visible engagements, or open the structured report workspace for editing.Who can use this area
Reports index
The reports index supports four main jobs:- filter and search existing reports
- create a one-off report draft
- review automation runs and automation rules if you can edit reports
- jump into a report workspace or export path
Filters and list behavior
You can filter the report list by:- search text
- status
- severity
- report mode
Create a one-off report draft
If you can generate reports, the page exposes a Create One-Off Report form. You choose:- a visible engagement
- a report template
Report automation
If your role can edit reports, the reports page also shows automation controls. Use this area to:- review configured automation rules
- review recent automation runs
- understand where generated drafts came from
- create new automation rules
- run eligible rules immediately
- toggle existing rules on or off
- open generated workspaces or PDFs from recent runs
Report workspace
The report workspace is the route you use to work on a single draft. Use it to:- update the title and description
- manage section content
- choose and order included findings
- reuse saved snippets in editable sections
- save the draft
- export a PDF if your role allows it
PDF export
PDF export remains separate from draft editing. Treat workspace save and final export as two different actions.Related routes covered by this guide
