Use Reports when you need to create a draft, review report status across visible engagements, or open the structured report workspace for editing.

Reports index

The reports index supports four main jobs:
  • filter and search existing reports
  • create a one-off report draft
  • review automation runs and automation rules if you can edit reports
  • jump into a report workspace or export path
If you can manage report libraries, the page also shows role-gated shortcuts for Manage Templates and Manage Snippets at the top of the reports landing page.

Filters and list behavior

You can filter the report list by:
  • search text
  • status
  • severity
  • report mode
Use these filters when you are scanning across multiple engagements instead of starting from a single engagement detail page.

Create a one-off report draft

If you can generate reports, the page exposes a Create One-Off Report form. You choose:
  • a visible engagement
  • a report template
The result is an editable report workspace, not a finished export.

Report automation

If your role can edit reports, the reports page also shows automation controls. Use this area to:
  • review configured automation rules
  • review recent automation runs
  • understand where generated drafts came from
  • create new automation rules
  • run eligible rules immediately
  • toggle existing rules on or off
  • open generated workspaces or PDFs from recent runs
If you can only view reports, expect automation controls to be absent.

Report workspace

The report workspace is the route you use to work on a single draft. Use it to:
  • update the title and description
  • manage section content
  • choose and order included findings
  • reuse saved snippets in editable sections
  • save the draft
  • export a PDF if your role allows it
The workspace exposes a Download PDF action in the page chrome. The same PDF route is used from report automation and recent report links. If the report predates the structured workspace, Strikepoint shows a read-only legacy view instead of the full editor.

PDF export

PDF export remains separate from draft editing. Treat workspace save and final export as two different actions.
