Settings, alerts, billing, and support

This guide covers four related but distinct pages:
  • Settings Hub
  • All Alerts
  • Billing and Subscription
  • Support Center

Settings hub

The settings hub is a personal control page, not a deep configuration editor. Use it to review:
  • your role
  • MFA status
  • unread alert count
  • permission summary
  • quick links to account, alerts, and support
  • the dynamic Next Recommended Action card, which points you toward account review or MFA setup depending on your current state

Alerts

The sidebar alert bell opens a Recent Alerts popover. Use that popover to:
  • review the latest unread alerts
  • mark one alert as read
  • mark all alerts as read
  • jump to the full alerts page
The All Alerts page is the full record of your alerts. Use it to:
  • read alert titles and content
  • review timestamps
  • return to the dashboard

Billing and subscription

The billing page at /dashboard/billing is scoped to your organization. Use it to review:
  • active plan tier
  • active seat count
  • active engagement count
  • report count
  • user, engagement, and report limits included in the current plan
Plan changes, invoice questions, and entitlement adjustments go through Strikepoint support so contract terms stay aligned with delivery access.

Support center

The support center is a hub page at /dashboard/support with links to three live sub-pages:
  • FAQ (/dashboard/support/faq) — short answers to common operational questions
  • Documentation (/dashboard/support/documentation) — in-app workflow summaries for engagement delivery, report review, portal publishing, and remediation
  • Submit a Ticket (/dashboard/support/submit-ticket) — sends a scoped request to the administration support queue
The Contact Us button leaves the dashboard and opens the public contact page outside this manual.

FAQ

Use the FAQ page for quick orientation on permissions, engagement setup, and where to find reporting tools.

In-app documentation hub

The documentation hub summarizes the four MVP workflow areas that mirror this user manual:
  • engagement delivery intake
  • report review collaboration
  • portal publishing
  • remediation tracking
Use it as a quick reference when you are already inside the dashboard.

Submit a ticket

On Submit a Ticket, complete:
  • Subject (required)
  • Category — General, Engagements, Reporting, Portal, or Remediation
  • Priority — Low, Medium, High, or Urgent
  • Body (required)
Successful submissions create a support ticket in the administration queue and return you to the support hub with a confirmation reference.
